Replacement for CatBase Parts Viewer Software

Asset Information Center (AIC) provides former CatBase users an easy migration to the must cutting-edge Interactive Parts Catalog on the market.

CatBase, developed in 1989 by Novalog Informatique, offered the cutting-edge technologies of its day with Electronic Parts Books and Illustrated Parts Catalogs.  The product was, however, discontinued in 2012 and is no longer on the cutting-edge of Interactive Parts.  This left users in a difficult spot, as they had made significant investments in transforming their Parts books, but no longer had access to an effective and affordable viewer.

With AIC, Metanoia provides a complete end-to-end solution for creating, managing and accessing Interactive Parts Catalogs

Asset Information Center

AIC provides a user-friendly graphical interface to easily find parts information and reduce the time it takes to populate Work Orders with parts information by up to 70%.

AIC also provides reports to reliability experts, with information on parts and assemblies referenced in Work Orders, offering valuable information that can improve the decisions taken to increase overall asset health and uptime.

Content Conversion Services

Metanoia is the most experienced catalog conversion agency in the world.  For over 16 years, we have been the go-to service provider for premier businesses moving from Physical to Digital access to parts and reliability information.  We have built over 1.2 million pages for many different Parts Viewers, such as CatBase, but found them to lack the functionality we needed as a service bureau and customers needed for maintenance optimization.

We’re here to stay.

“Our customers are the heart of our business. We value our relationships with them more than anything else. Metanoia and AIC will continue to grow by partnering and learning from all of them.”

– Esteban Castro. CEO, Metanoia.
